- Does OdooDrop work with all versions of Odoo?
- OdooDrop works with Odoo 18 and 19+, both Community and Enterprise. The app automatically detects your version and uses the correct API — no manual configuration needed.
- Is my data secure?
- Documents are sent over HTTPS directly to your own Odoo instance. Your Odoo password is encrypted on your device with AES-256-GCM using the Android Keystore — credentials never leave your device except to authenticate with the Odoo server you chose. We do not run any server that receives your data.
- Do I need to install a module in Odoo?
- No custom module is required for core document sync. OdooDrop works via Odoo's standard external API. An optional companion module is available for advanced routing and auto-matching features.
- What document types does OdooDrop support?
- OdooDrop supports vendor invoices, customer receipts, expense receipts, purchase orders, delivery notes, contracts, bank statements, business cards, and ID documents.
- How accurate is the OCR?
- OdooDrop achieves 98%+ accuracy on standard business documents in typical office lighting. All extracted data can be reviewed and corrected before syncing to Odoo.
- Is there a free plan?
- Yes — OdooDrop is completely free for Odoo instances with up to 3 internal users. No scan limits, no per-page fees. Larger teams can upgrade to OdooDrop Pro starting at 3.99 EUR/month or 29.99 EUR/year, with a 1-month free trial.
- Does OdooDrop work offline?
- You can scan and capture documents offline. Sync to Odoo happens automatically when your device reconnects to the internet.
- Which mobile platforms are supported?
- OdooDrop is available on Android (8.0 Oreo or higher). iOS support is coming soon — join the waitlist to be notified.
